Booking Information
Please ensure all bookings are made a minimum of 14 days prior to check in date.
Bookings
Deposit
A $200 deposit must be returned with this form to confirm your booking, which includes a $100 refundable cleaning bond which will be returned provided the campsite is left in a satisfactory condition.
Payment
Full payment is required on departure. If necessary, any additional expenses incurred (damages, breakages, extra cleaning etc.) are to be paid in 7 days. Please forward remittance advice to fultonparktasmania7310@gmail.com
Cancellations
The deposit will be forfeited if less than 7 days’ notice is given of cancellation.
Accommodation
The number of people per room must not exceed the number of beds.
Parking
All vehicle parking is at the owner’s risk and only in the areas as directed or signposted. Speed limits should be strictly observed.
Behaviour
Campers are asked to respect each other, personal property and the environment.
The compound, water tanks and Hawk’s Nest are out of bounds.
Liability & Damages
Scouts Australia, Tasmanian Branch, Mersey District Association shall not accept liability for loss of property or damage or personal injury arising from use of the facilities. A copy of current Public Liability cover should be provided on booking.
Please advise of any damage noted during your stay to avoid being charged for same.
Emergency Procedures & First Aid
Extinguishers and smoke alarms are installed. It is against the law to tamper with or remove them. Assembly points are the camp-ground and the top paddock.
First aid is the responsibility of the hirer who must supply their own equipment and staff.
Cleaning & Amenities
The camp is to be left clean, tidy and free of rubbish. Please reduce unnecessary use of power and water.
Each group is responsible for supplying their own cleaning products
Each group is to supply their own toilet paper.

Departure Check List and Covid-19 Sign Off
Kitchen:
□ Clean tabletops and benches; stove tops; ovens; sinks and barbecue plate if used. Unplug toasters and remove crumbs.
□ Fridges to be emptied, cleaned and left as per directions attached.
□ Check all plates; pans; cutlery etc. are clean and dry and put away in their appropriate place – if applicable
□ Empty rubbish bins. Crush/dismantle large items before disposal in skip.
□ Sweep and mop floor.
□ Close windows.
□ Turn off lights and lock outside exit door
□ Door handles, light switches, power-points and any other high touch objects to be cleaned
Main Room:
□ Clean tabletops and stack tables and chairs.
□ Empty fire ashes - only if safe to do so.
□ Sweep floor and remove all rubbish.
□ Close windows.
□ Turn off lights, ceiling fans, close windows and lock doors.
□ Door handles, light switches, power-points and any other high touch objects to be cleaned
Bunkhouses:
□ Remove rubbish from under mattresses and bunks.
□ Each bunk is to be left with one mattress.
□ Sweep floor.
□ Close windows.
□ Turn off lights and lock all internal and external doors.
□ Door handles, light switches, power-points and any other high touch objects to be cleaned
Toilet Blocks:
□ Clean/hose floors - no dirt to be left in showers.
□ Clean pans and hand basins/trough and surrounds.
□ Empty bins, turn off lights, lock doors
□ Door handles, light switches, power-points and any other high touch objects to be cleaned
Campgrounds:
□ Pick up all litter and ensure any hazardous materials e.g. glass is cleared away.
□ Ensure rubbish skip bin lids are closed and animal proof.
□ Lock gate.
Keys:
□ Return to the booking officer within 7 days. Groups/individuals that lose or fail to return keys will be charged a $500 Lost Key Fee to cover the replacement cost of all door lock barrels and padlocks.

confirm all cleaning requirements were met as outlined on the departure checklist and declare we exercised care in the use of the campsite and equipment. Any willful damage to buildings, furniture or fittings occurring during our stay will be paid for by the hirer.
